Working Principle

Compressed air enters the air-to-air heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by outgoing dry air. It then passes through the evaporator where refrigerant lowers its temperature, causing moisture to condense. The condensate is removed via an automatic drain, and the cold, dry air is reheated in the air-to-air exchanger before exiting the unit—ensuring low dew point and dry air delivery with minimal energy consumption.
