Working Principle

Nitrogen gas exiting a PSA generator at ~99.9% purity enters the Deoxy Unit, where it is mixed with a precise amount of hydrogen. The gas stream then passes through a palladium-coated alumina catalyst. In this stage, residual oxygen reacts with hydrogen, forming water vapor (H₂O). The resulting humidity is eliminated by a downstream chemical dryer, ensuring a dry, oxygen-free nitrogen output.

The entire process is monitored and controlled by a fully automated PLC system that regulates hydrogen dosing and drying efficiency—ensuring low operating costs and high reliability.
