Zero Air Loss, Energy-Efficient Moisture Removal for Industrial Air Systems
NITROXTEC’s Heated Type Desiccant Dryers are engineered to deliver reliable, high-capacity drying performance in compressed air systems where moisture control is critical. Operating with blower-assisted heat regeneration and filled with high-efficiency silica gel, these dryers effectively eliminate condensation, corrosion, and product degradation risks—without consuming any compressed air during the regeneration process.
The system is fully automated and PLC-controlled, capable of managing dew point regulation, regeneration cycles, and heating phases with precision. With low energy consumption, minimal maintenance requirements, and seamless integration with industrial automation systems via Modbus TCP/IP, these dryers provide a cost-effective and high-tech solution for modern production facilities.

Working Principle
The drying process operates in two phases. In the first phase, moist compressed air passes through a silica gel-filled tower, where water vapor is adsorbed, ensuring a consistently low dew point. Simultaneously, in the second phase, a blower heats ambient air, which is then used to regenerate the saturated desiccant in the second tower. This non-purged regeneration eliminates the need for compressed air during desiccant recovery, maximizing air system efficiency. The towers switch roles in a timed cycle to ensure continuous drying without interruption.
